My future dog

Hi everyone i'm back, (sorry i haven't posted for a while) and i have been seeing a lot of this dog breed so iv'e decided to set up a bit of a riddle or something so you have to solve it to find out the dog i want when i grow up!
Hint one: This dog breed is fairly popular
Hint two: It can be almost any color
Hint three: it starts with a C
